Attorney Fees & Payment Information
Free Initial Consultation
At Hills at Law, we offer a free initial consultation with a Client Advocate. During this consultation, we will discuss your matter, gather information, and help you understand your options moving forward.
If you choose to retain our firm, the Client Advocate will walk you through the retention process, a lead attorney will be assigned to your matter, and your attorney consultation will be scheduled.
How Attorney Fees Are Determined
Legal fees vary depending on several factors, including:
- The type of charges involved
- The complexity of the legal issues
- The amount of preparation and investigation required
- The anticipated length of representation
- The time and resources required to effectively represent you
Because every case is unique, attorney fees are determined on an individual basis after a thorough review of your circumstances.
Retainers and Payment Arrangements
All matters require a minimum engagement fee before legal representation begins. The amount of the fee will depend upon the nature and complexity of your case.
We understand that unexpected legal issues can create financial stress. When appropriate, Hills at Law may work with clients to establish reasonable payment arrangements.
